Parkway is proud to announce that they have made this year's Engineering News-Record Top 400 Contractors List, coming in at no. 372. According to ENR, contractors on this list are working hard to bring back around a sluggish market. A modest turnaround in the market can be seen from a 9.7% increase of revenue from 2011 to 2012.

Parkway certainly continues to make new revenue strides of their own as they press forward with their mission to be "The Customers Choice" of General Contractor and Architectural services.

In the March/April issue of Boardroom Magazine, Parkway was recognized as the “2012 General Contractor of the Year” for their work on The Club at Prescott Lakes located in Prescott Arizona . Boardroom Magazine’s industry peers review and select the outstanding suppliers and consultants. Winners are selected for overall excellence in their respective fields and continued impact on private clubs. 

Parkway’s recognition was awarded at the Club Managers Conference and Expo along with all of recipients of the Excellence in Achievement Awards.  Parkway is honored to be recognized side by side with the leaders in the Club Industry.

Parkway completed the design-build of Seasons52 near Beverly Hills, California in February 2012 and turned the project over in November. This is the fastest Seasons52 project on record and the time saved added ten months of profit to the bottom line for the client.  Through careful planning and fast track design build, the Parkway team interweaved design, permits from the City of Los Angeles and construction to achieve a very aggressive schedule for the client.  

Parkway has deployed a best in class team of in-house architects to work with the Fine Dining Restaurant division to meet aggressive budgets, schedules and quality.

Parkway Construction & Associates has completed the latest Love’s Travel Stops & Country Stores in South Hill, Virginia and continues with the Love's in Idaho Falls, ID. This represents an expansion in Parkway’s retail footprint and reinforces their national presence.

With the desire to continue an aggressive building program Parkway’s design and construction team has worked at a feverish pace to meet the expansion objectives for Chuy’s.  Many of the spaces that are being developed are challenging therefore due diligence and planning are critical to the process for support of the schedules.  Time lines from real estate to open in many cases are less than half of the industry standard and design build has accomplished incredible results.
